The king makes how much?
A Moro in America reports that King Mohammed VI is the 7th richest royal in the world - while I am left here wondering who the first 6 are, the Moroccan monarch’s salary blows my mind, but not as much as the amount he apparently spends daily on clothes and car repairs: $960,000.

$960,000 DAILY?!?!?! Are you sure?!?! I know that Mohammed VI is really developing the country but that kind of spending is EXCESSIVE!
Gone are the days where the king was accountable to the people and where he can meet them as a normal human without any fear.

When I originally saw the list I had to look at it 3 times and I still think it’s a misprint. A net worth of $2 billion? Wealthier than the Emir of Qatar, the Sultan of Oman and the Emir of Kuwait? Wealthier than QEII? Where are the natural resources? Frankly, I don’t believe it.

The king has a dozen of palaces in Morocco. Each palace is a huge palace and it employs cooks,gardners, housemaids, accountants, and engineers and so . Each palace has an eletric bill,water bill, Gas bill, vehicles and their chauffeurs. Mind you , it’s just one palace. Now calculate it times 12(palaces). When we say vehicles, we are not talking about economy cars
I have been to the Palace in Ifran ( just the outside of it) . I seriously considered plunging in the grass. It was so green and beautiful 
I am sure it requires a sophisticated and expensive irrigation and maintenance system 
When I studied at Al Akhawayn, the sprinklers were always on, and more often than not, pointed at the pavement more than the grass!

These are the official figures how the King of Morocco
earn every month .
1. The king monthly salary is 62,000.00 dollars a months.not much compare to any CEO in north America.
2. The king personal Net figures are around 1.6 billions dollars. This may sound as lots of money but these are assets not cash !!! most of these assets are
family assets
3. Palaces cost of opeartion is around 1 million dollar a month . The Palace is the highest institution in the country that includes staff, telecommunications, security . it is just like any other governement office which requires budgets.
these numbers are quiet official to the letter . don’t assume anything you read over the net is true.!!
George W Bush makes 250,000.00 a year as salary . this is not the white house budget or his administration expenses.
now do the math and you will see the reall numbers .
